Full description

Preferred candidate will be located in Chicago, IL. Role is open to any of our office locations within CST or EST.

As a Senior Technology Product Manager, you will engage in more advanced tasks supporting the lifecycle of our technology products. You will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations.

Product Strategy

  • Evangelize Environmental Management solution, own, manage and be the point of contact for vision and roadmap 
  • Research and analyze market trends and problems within the risk management space
  • Filter and validate market opportunities by leveraging Enablon’s unique ability to address them
  • Conduct customer interviews, user groups, partner reviews, prototyping and piloting in order to refine problem definition 
  • Define and size market segments or contribute to research on market size.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and competitors detailed analysis
  • Position Environmental Management application for target market and buyer profiles
  • Propose strategic product investment to address market and increase profitability while balancing resources and working in collaboration with Product Managers across the platform     
  • Define problems, user personas and articulate use cases. 

Software Product Design

  • Collaborate with the product owners on high-level software requirements for the development team that will be converted into user stories 
  • Plan and monitor software deliverables, goals, and milestones to contribute to objectives
  • Confirm software delivered matches requirements
  • Manage all timeline changes and issues with stakeholders. 

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Create compelling product marketing collaterals that address market problems, industry trends, common RFP and presales requirements or new technologies
  • Create relevant launch material for both internal stakeholders (Presales, Services, Sales, Support) and business buyers and users at the customer
  • Support the Sales and Customer Success channels with market, technical and product expertise e.g. key presales product demos, sandbox trials, customer success and account management reviews, product launch webinars
  • Attend and speak at in region/virtual conferences and other industry events.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5+ years product management experience within SaaS Enterprise Software. EHS experience preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced Requirement Analysis: Proficiency in defining and documenting complex product needs.
  • In-Depth Market Research: Conduct thorough analyses to drive product strategy.
  • Product road mapping: Ability to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps.
  • Data Analysis: Skilled in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions.
  • UX/UI Design: Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints.

Compensation:

$94,200.00 - $164,450.00 USD 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
