Program / Data Analyst ASR International Corporation Location: Puget Sound – Bremerton Area, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary ASR International Corporation is seeking Program/Data Analysts to provide Design Technical Support services for NAVFAC Northwest. The Program/Data Analyst will support project tracking, financial metrics, KPI reporting, and data analytics for engineering and construction programs. Key Responsibilities• Perform data analytics related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for construction and engineering projects.

  • Track budget execution and develop metric presentations and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
  • Support project status reporting, schedule tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare reports, briefing materials, and data-driven recommendations for government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project teams and leadership on data requirements and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications• U.S. Citizenship required (Green Card holders are not eligible to apply).

  • Must be able to pass a T1 security background check.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of financial management experience in a field related to construction, engineering, or project controls.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience supporting NAVFAC, DoD, or federal construction programs.
  • Familiarity with project management software and federal financial systems.
