H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a U.S. government client. The Financial Analyst will support monthly CBM/CMM activity and cost calculations, anomaly research, variance analyses, and customer reports. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain traceable assumptions, methods, and sources.
- Calculate quarterly Cost Per Vendor Invoice (CPVI), support annual FASS reassessment, workload-driver analysis and cost allocation.
- Support SLA updates and FS-7600A/7600B agreement analysis and routing, continuing resolution iterations, FYE reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Validate financial extracts and reporting outputs, maintain cost-model documentation and audit trails, and support configuration changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related area.
- 3+ years of financial reporting, SQL development and audit support.
- Experience with ensuring senior cost-model architecture, billing methodology, and trend-analysis coverage exists.
- Direct experience working on DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related area.
- Experience with activity-based costing, cost-model development, Federal financial shared services, and advanced Excel.
- SQL, PowerBI, Tableau experience.
