Responsibilities

The UX/UI Designer will provide direct support to the lead designer on an enterprise CRM platform, performing day-to-day design work including wireframing, prototyping, user interface design, and requirements visualization. This individual will enable the lead designer to focus on higher-level strategic initiatives by executing design tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing user-centered designs that align with platform standards.

This role is 100% Remote.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Salesforce Lightning pages and Experience Cloud portals
  • Support the lead designer in translating business requirements into scalable, user-centered design solutions
  • Apply the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure design consistency across the CRM platform
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and product owners to ensure designs are technically feasible within platform constraints
  • Define and maintain design system documentation, component libraries, and reusable patterns for the CRM ecosystem
  • Facilitate design reviews and present design rationale to cross-functional teams and government stakeholders
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
  • US Citizenship
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • 2 years designing within enterprise CRM or Salesforce environments
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end enterprise application design work
  • Experience with human-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and journey mapping
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform User Experience Designer certification
  • Experience supporting government or DoD CRM platform design
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. EEO
