Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead robotics and automation projects from planning through deployment. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative automation solutions across multiple projects.

The key responsibilities includes:

•  Lead end-to-end execution of robotics and automation projects across Asia, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget. 
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, driving alignment, communication and execution excellence. 
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation  
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments and status reports  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, software)  
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies  
• Drive technical decision-making aligned with business goals  
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations  
• Monitor progress and ensure high-quality, predictable project delivery 

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,  

• 10+ years of project management experience (including 8+ years in robotics/automation such as AMRs/AGVs)  
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, control systems, and software development  
• Proven track record of delivering complex, technical projects successfully  
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)  
• Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software integration 
• Proficiency with project management and data/reporting tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and structured project planning practices  
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences  
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and organizational skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to fast-paced environments 
• Will be required to travel to customer locations; domestic and overseas as and when required.
