Ready to lead complex projects and turn plans into results? Join us as a Project Manager Development, where you will drive projects from initiation to closure, lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders and risks, and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

  • Manage projects and sub-projects of medium to high complexity and risk.
  • Plan and execute assigned projects from project initiation through project closure.
  • Lead diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve defined project objectives.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to Sub-Project Managers and Project Team Members, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
  • Continuously assess project risks and develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage and address project constraints.
  • Identify and manage project changes, adapting the project approach as required to meet the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Min 5 years of relevant roven experience managing projects from project initiation through project closure.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and risk management.
  • Relevant Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly processes is an advantage.
