ROle:  Mobile Solutions Architect  Client : DC Government Location : Washington, DC (Onsite in person interview) Job Description:

 Mobile Application to leverage new digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and mobile capabilities required to create a modern experience for DC DMV customers and partners. The DMV Mobile Application (Destiny) helps DC DMV improve services to citizens and enhance government operations while strengthening overall data security. To address these challenges, the OCTO-DMV team is looking to hire a highly skilled senior developer to rapidly connect the DMV Mobile Application with modern technology.

This role will architect, design, and develop mobile applications in iOS and Android integrated with Mobile Backend as a Service (MBaaS) using the Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS) architecture. The selected candidate will work to gain an understanding of DC DMV mobile infrastructure and application implementation requirements that facilitate continuous feature release of applications.

This is a Master level position which required 16 years of work experience and a BS Degree or the equivalent.
