Job Summary
We're looking for an Operations Systems & Process Analyst to keep NAYA's operational data, systems, and processes accurate and well-documented. You'll manage master data (products, materials, SKUs), support the Unleashed Software rollout, document SOPs, and build the dashboards and reports that help management make faster, better decisions.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain accurate product, material, supplier, and warehouse master data
● Support and help implement Unleashed inventory/operations software
● Document SOPs, work instructions, and process maps; maintain a controlled procedure register
● Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and support root-cause investigations
● Build reconciliation reports and dashboards for Production and Warehouse data
● Coordinate data consistency across Production, Operations, QA, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
Requirements
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Operations, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
● 2–4 years' experience in operations analysis, systems administration, process improvement, or data management
● Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred
● Experience documenting SOPs and process maps; strong written communication
