Job Description – Technical Project Manager
Position Details
- Designation: Technical Project Manager
- Location: Bangalore / Gurugram
- Initial Assignment: Mumbai – 2–3 Months
- Experience: 12–15 Years
- CTC: Up to ₹24 LPA
- Note: The candidate will initially work from the customer location in Mumbai. Travel, accommodation, and applicable assignment-related expenses will be covered additionally by the company. After the Mumbai assignment, the candidate will continue from Bangalore or Gurugram.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, Java, and Spring Boot to lead complex technology projects and drive end-to-end delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, REST APIs, Cloud, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations, along with proven experience in technical team leadership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through production delivery.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of microservices-based enterprise applications.
- Work closely with Solution/Technical Architects on technical design and architecture decisions.
- Provide technical oversight for Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and release management.
- Oversee REST API development and external system integrations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks related to scalability, performance, integrations, and deployment.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, cloud deployments, and production readiness.
- Manage customer communication, stakeholder expectations, and project status reporting.
- Drive resolution of critical technical and delivery issues.

Candidate Profile
- 12–15 years of overall IT experience
- Strong, demonstrable experience in Microservices Architecture
- Strong technical background in Java and Spring Boot

- Ability to understand technical architecture and bridge customers, architects, developers, and delivery teams
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work from Mumbai initially for 2–3 months
