For our department Project Management within General Services, we are looking for a (an):

Business Analyst — Project Management & Business Analysis Department

Join the Luxair programme team and take the lead in a groundbreaking strategic project to redefine the commercial capabilities of our tour operator business. As a Business Analyst in our Project Management & Business Analysis department, you'll drive the transformation of fuzzy business challenges into clear, actionable requirements shaping the future of our end-to-end digital product creation and commercialization processes. Our business domain is complex and dynamic, calling for someone who's ready to learn fast, adapt, and manage complexity with confidence. You'll be at the heart of optimizing operations, aligning stakeholders across the business, and helping define best-in-class business analysis practices that set new standards for efficiency and innovation across IT.

What you'll be doing:

  • Mapping business processes from AS-IS to TO-BE in BPMN 2.0
  • Collecting needs from key users and deep dive with curiosity and

persistence, being able to translate them into clear, high-quality requirements ready for design and test

  • Ensure Acceptance Criteria as formalized in Given/When/Then form

alongside every requirement, so design and test always start from validated business need

  • Prioritizing requirements with the Business Owner, using MoSCoW
  • Owning the Requirements Traceability Matrix end-to-end, from

drafting through closure

  • Evaluating functional solution options, challenging designs, and

keeping business, application, and system layers aligned

  • Creating training materials and coaching teams through change
  • Turning data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insight

for decision-makers

What you bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

field

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements

engineering, data engineering

  • Solid grounding in business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Design

Thinking, or similar)

  • A track record of delivering large-scale projects with real

business impact

  • Sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for process and

implementation into systems

  • The autonomy to run with tasks and the judgment to flag risks early
  • Comfort working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Excel, Word, Visio, and task management tools (JIRA,

Monday, etc.)

  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Tour Operator or Airline Industry
  • Recognized certifications in business analysis methodologies
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Knowledge of French and German
