Electrical Project Manager / Engineer

Power the Future of Critical Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Engineer to join our team delivering hyperscale data centre projects in Norway. This role combines technical electrical expertise with project leadership, offering the opportunity to lead the design, installation, commissioning, and successful delivery of mission-critical electrical systems.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

  • Lead the delivery of electrical packages from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project milestones and client expectations.

Electrical Engineering

  • Oversee the design and implementation of power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and low-voltage systems.
  • Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.

Installation & Commissioning

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure quality inspections and technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve technical issues and support project delivery teams during critical phases.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for electrical matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, BMS, CSA, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Chartered Engineer status are advantageous.

Experience

  • 8+ years of electrical engineering and project delivery experience.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, MV/LV distribution, and critical power infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
  • Knowledge of international electrical standards and local regulations.
