We are currently searching for a Talent Project Manager (Success Factors):

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects, from planning and delivery to deployment, ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross-functional project plan and actively manage project timelines.
  • Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues to ensure project success.
  • Perform Project Financial Management: Develop the overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures.
  • Foster strong communication across the project, including stakeholders, team members, and leadership, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
  • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Ability to use approved AI components to help drive efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
