Overview

  • Works with the clients to receive and analyze briefing requests.
  • Builds project timing plans and project estimates.
  • Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing projects and production issues.
  • Solicits client feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management.
  • Establishes good work relations and relationships with the clients, client service teams, transcreation partners and creative teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant digital, print and video production processes and techniques.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
  • Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
  • People skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients and build trust with client, agency and executional teams.
  • Nice to have: prior experience working with clients or projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal/ external agency teams.
  • Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
  • Ability to analyze organizational and process challenges, and to recommend improvements.
  • Balance both creative quality and financial responsibility.
  • Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy and understanding.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
