Position Details:
The Senior Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of product strategy, execution, and stakeholder management for two digital products:
- Curious, a remote research and clinical data platform
- Mirror, an AI-powered journaling app designed with teens to support emotional reflection and mood tracking
This role will help shape scalable research and care tools designed to improve mental health outcomes for children, teens, and families.
The Senior Product Manager is an experienced, technically fluent, AI-native product leader who demonstrates strong judgment and a bias for execution, with experience or exposure to academic research, neuroscience, or mental health.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Project Management, this is a full-time, exempt position located in our Midtown Headquarters office, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.
You Will:
- Deliver Measurable Product and Business Impact — Own outcomes for these applications, including adoption, engagement, retention, and mission impact; define success metrics and consistently deliver against quantified goals aligned to organizational priorities.
- Achieve and Maintain Product-Market Fit — Continuously validate customer and stakeholder needs through research and data; ensure delivered capabilities drive meaningful usage, satisfaction, and real-world impact across researchers, clinicians, and end users.
- Define and Drive Product Strategy and Prioritization — Establish a clear product vision, target outcomes, and multi-quarter roadmap; make explicit trade-offs to focus investment on the highest-value opportunities.
- Ensure Delivery of High-Quality Outcomes (Not Just Features) — Partner with engineering and design to deliver solutions that meet defined success criteria; hold accountability not just for launch, but for achieving intended business and user outcomes post-release.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment and Execution — Align engineering, design, research, and leadership around priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes; drive clear decision-making and remove barriers to enable efficient, outcome-focused execution.
- Competitive and Market Intelligence — Monitor the competitive landscape in digital wellness, mental health, and consumer research tools. Translate external signals into actionable product insights and inform strategic positioning.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of Product Manager experience, specifically managing and launching B2B, B2C SaaS software products
Proven experience owning a full product roadmap, from prioritization through delivery, with a strong bias toward execution.
Ability to make and defend detailed, feature-level product decisions without significant oversight.
Experience managing multiple products or products across multiple platforms simultaneously.
Strong communication skillswith the ability to align engineering, design, and leadership stakeholders on product direction, priorities, and tradeoffs.
Experience with academic research, neuroscience, behavioral health, research tools, or consumer wellness, either as a researcher or through developing products within these areas.
Comfortable working independently in a lean product environment where ambiguity and self-direction are expected.
Active, working knowledge of current AI tools and how to apply them throughout product development workflows.

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
