Description:

Join a team developing advanced semiconductor and embedded systems solutions for global technology customers. This role combines customer-facing technical support, hardware design expertise, and hands-on debugging to help bring complex products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the design, integration, validation, and production phases of hardware and embedded systems
  • Investigate and resolve hardware-related technical issues and escalations
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and system teams to develop solutions, implement features, and address customer requirements
  • Lead complex debug and root-cause analysis activities involving hardware, firmware, and system-level interactions
  • Develop expertise in customer applications and provide technical recommendations on system architecture and design approaches
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, reference designs, and design guidelines
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to future product definitions and roadmap planning

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in board-level, or system design
  • Background in semiconductor, embedded hardware, or applications engineering
  • Strong laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other electronic test equipment
  • Experience working with SoCs, microcontrollers, or embedded platforms
  • Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, or similar technologies
  • Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills for embedded and hardware systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience supporting enterprise computing, server, networking, industrial, or embedded platforms
  • Familiarity with FPGA, CPLD, Verilog, or digital design concepts
  • Programming or scripting experience with C, Python, or similar languages
