  • Confidence in managing client expectations and leading difficult conversations about scope, costs and delays
  • English skills at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud-connected products, IoT backends or AWS/Azure services
  • Familiarity with C/C++, embedded Linux, Yocto, RTOS or Qt/QML

Main responsibilities:

  • Run 1–3 projects end-to-end, with teams of 5–25 people, taking ownership of scope, schedule, quality, budget and margin across Time & Material and Fixed Price engagements
  • Work with architects and engineering teams to assess technical assumptions, dependencies and integration challenges, reflecting them in delivery plans
  • Plan resources and team capacity, and manage scope changes through a clear change request process
  • Act as the client’s main operational contact, leading status meetings, coordinating demos and resolving delivery concerns
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating them early with a clear assessment of their impact and proposed next steps
  • Monitor project margin and team utilisation, and maintain monthly revenue forecasts
