Job Summary

Join us and lead the delivery of cutting-edge data center projects across Finland. As our Data Center Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-impact projects from planning through execution, partnering with key customers, cross-functional teams, and industry-leading vendors to ensure outstanding results. If you're a driven HVAC professional with extensive project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong client relationships, and enjoys turning complex challenges into successful outcomes, we want to hear from you. Your most important priorities will be:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

The ideal candidate:

  • Has extensive experience and background in the HVAC industry
  • Has ample experience in managing complex HVAC projects
  • Speaks and writes both Finnish and English fluently
  • Has excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  

Pay Range 

The annual salary salary for this position is between 53.500 and 106.500 eur.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.      

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
