Company Description

We're Wix's B2B Analytics team - a tight-knit group of analysts embedded in the Channels division, sitting at the intersection of data and commercial strategy. We work closely with Channel leads, Product, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to turn complex business questions into decisions.

Our work isn't abstract. When a partnership deal is being structured, we're in the room. When leadership needs to understand what's driving revenue through a channel, we own that answer. We're global — with analysts in New York and Tel Aviv — and we move fast, operate with high ownership, and care deeply about the quality of our thinking.

If you're energized by commercially meaningful work, comfortable operating without a playbook, and want your analysis to matter at the highest levels of the business — this is your team.

Job Description

Wix Channels is the engine behind Wix's global B2B partnerships — powering commercial relationships with our biggest partners. As an experienced Business Analyst on the Channels team, you'll sit at the center of that business: owning the analytical frameworks that drive partnership strategy, informing deal structures, and giving leadership a clear, trusted view of what's working and why.

This is a role for someone who combines strong technical execution with commercial instinct — someone who can write a complex SQL query in the morning and present a strategic recommendation to a C-level audience in the afternoon. You'll operate with high ownership, work directly with senior stakeholders, and have genuine influence over how the division thinks and moves.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the analytical narrative for Wix's channel partnerships — from defining the right metrics to delivering findings that shape how leadership structures deals and allocates resources
  • Build the performance visibility layer for the division: scalable dashboards, funnel analyses, and KPI frameworks that give partners and internal stakeholders a clear, trusted view of channel health
  • Develop multi-scenario financial models and projections that feed directly into partnership negotiations, business cases, and C-level strategy reviews
  • Act as a thought partner to Channel leads, Marketing, and Finance — translating ambiguous commercial questions into structured analyses and sharp, actionable recommendations
  • Lead the team's AI integration: identify where automation and AI tools can meaningfully accelerate analysis, build proof-of-concepts, and raise the bar on how the division uses data to operate and compete
  • Push the analytical function forward — improve processes, introduce new methodologies, and help set the standard for how a world-class channels team uses data

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a business analytics: ideally inside a B2C SaaS or a tech company where data is central to how decisions get made, not just reported
  • SQL-native: you're comfortable writing complex queries from scratch and don't rely on tools to do the thinking for you. Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is expected
  • Clear communicator: you can walk a VP through a nuanced finding in three slides and walk a data engineer through the same problem in a Slack thread. You write and present in English with confidence and precision
  • Thrives in complexity: you're energized by ambiguous questions, cross-functional stakeholders, and business problems that don't come with a predefined methodology
  • AI-forward mindset: you don't just use AI tools — you think about how to integrate them into workflows, automate the repetitive, and free up bandwidth for higher-order analysis
  • Commercially curious: you care about what drives revenue, not just what the data says. You read partnership dynamics, understand incentive structures, and want your work to move business outcomes
