This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery based in United States.
As Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery, you will own the roadmap and execution of a broad portfolio of integrations that directly influence customer outcomes.You will help expand integration capabilities across HRIS, identity, cloud, security, ticketing, and other technology ecosystems.Working closely with engineering, design, partnerships, customers, and product teams, you will translate complex needs into clear priorities and delivery plans.You will balance customer feedback, business objectives, and cross-functional demands through thoughtful prioritization frameworks.The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on coordination of multiple technical workstreams and integration initiatives.You will also help improve adoption, discoverability, and ongoing performance of integrations while measuring their business and customer impact.This is an opportunity to shape a critical product area within a collaborative, remote-first environment focused on automation, security, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities
- Own the integrations roadmap: Determine which new integrations, enhancements, and capabilities should be developed by balancing customer needs, product-team priorities, business objectives, and strategic opportunities.
- Drive product delivery: Partner closely with engineering and design teams to manage backlogs, define priorities, sequence initiatives, and make decisions around integration depth, functionality, and delivery.
- Coordinate integration partnerships: Collaborate with partnership stakeholders to activate appropriate technology partners ahead of development and oversee ongoing enhancements to existing integrations.
- Maintain and improve the integration portfolio: Support the reliability, relevance, and continued evolution of existing integrations while identifying opportunities to expand their capabilities.
- Engage directly with customers: Gather customer feedback, understand integration requirements and pain points, and translate those insights into actionable product priorities.
- Enable adoption and visibility: Partner with marketing, sales, field, and enablement teams to communicate integration capabilities, support training, and make integrations easier for customers to discover and configure.
- Measure product impact: Establish and communicate metrics related to integration breadth, depth, adoption, data availability, and the ability of integrations to address customer compliance and business needs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives: Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintain stakeholder alignment, and provide clear communication on progress, decisions, risks, and priorities.
- Apply emerging technologies thoughtfully: Explore AI-enabled approaches that can improve product planning, efficiency, and impact while applying sound judgment and responsible practices.
Requirements
- Product and integration experience: 4+ years of experience supporting or leading integration delivery, with a demonstrated track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations; experience owning an integration portfolio or category is highly desirable.
- Product prioritization: Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks and the ability to sequence complex integration work across multiple teams and competing objectives.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable working with integration technologies and concepts such as APIs, authentication, permissions, data flows, and platform connectivity.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, product, partnerships, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Planning and execution: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating several workstreams while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Customer orientation: Ability to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate feedback into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to balance customer input, business priorities, technical considerations, and long-term product direction when making roadmap decisions.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and product decisions to diverse audiences.
- AI mindset: Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI tools responsibly to amplify productivity, improve decision-making, and strengthen product outcomes.
