Job Description:
As part of the Service Management Experience team, you will be supporting review and compliance to our Risk Management policy as it relates to the daily changes made to our systems at Sun Life. You will help to make sure that we are able to serve our clients, colleagues and other key stakeholders while delivering IT solutions to a stable and secure environment.
What will you do?
- Daily review of change records for adherence to our IT Risk and Service Management Processes including Change, Incident and Problem Management policies
- Respond to emails, requests to close gaps in process, training or policy compliance
- Work with team members to prepare and distribute reporting to leadership
- Work with external teams to insure data integrity
- Participate in small project enhancements to better your business writing and communication skills
What do you need to succeed?
- Ability to learn and ask questions for direction
- Good communication skills
- Office 365 products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are a plus
- Detail oriented individual
- Strong time management and analytical skills

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
