Benefits
Full description
Groweo® turns a small business’s website into a sales and expert team that works 24/7. Our AI-powered SaaS helps companies get found in search engines and AI services, serve visitors with multilingual AI customer service, capture and manage leads, and keep sales moving with automation, all under a single licence.
Over 1,700 businesses and online stores already grow with Groweo. Our mission is simple: to raise small businesses’ digital competitiveness to the level it deserves.
We’re a team of 60+ employees and partners in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku. Since launching Groweo 1.0 in 2022, we’ve successfully scaled our revenue by over 20x, reaching €4.3M in 2025. In 2024, CapMan Growth invested €6M in Groweo to fuel our international expansion and AI-driven product development. Moreover, something pretty exciting is coming up soon on the product front!
We're now looking for our first Product Manager to join our small but growing product team in Helsinki. Together with our founder, you’ll own the product direction and decide what we build next, and why. You’ll also shape how product work is done at Groweo, now and as we scale.
Why join now?
This is not a role in a large product organisation with ready-made processes. We have an expert team and something brand new in the works at the moment, launching early 2027. As our first PM, you'll work side by side with our founder, designers, engineers and customer-facing teams and have real influence over:
- What we build and in what order, across Groweo's product suites
- How we discover, prioritise and ship – the product practices the team grows with
- How AI shows up in a product used by thousands of small businesses every day
- How customer insight flows from Sales, Customer Success and Support into the roadmap
What you'll do
You'll own the "what" and the "why" of the product, working closely with Design, Engineering and our customer-facing teams.
- Own the roadmap. You set product priorities based on customer value, business impact and effort – and explain the trade-offs clearly to the team and the company.
- Understand our customers deeply. You talk to customers, analyse product data and work with Customer Success and Support to find the problems most worth solving.
- Turn problems into clear direction. You shape ideas into well-defined problems, goals and requirements that designers and engineers can run with.
- Ship and learn. You work with the team from discovery to launch, define how success is measured and follow up on what actually happened after release.
- Build the product practice. As our first PM, you set up the ways of working – planning, prioritisation, discovery and release routines – that fit a small, fast-moving team.
- Connect product with the rest of Groweo. You make sure Sales, Marketing and Customer Success know what's coming and why, and that their insights reach the product team.
What we hope you bring
You enjoy figuring out what really matters to customers and can turn ambiguity into clear decisions the team believes in.
- Clear, concise communication in English with both technical and non-technical people
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- A track record of taking products or features from idea to launch and measuring their impact
- Comfort working in a low-structure environment: you create clarity and process where none exists yet
- Strong prioritisation skills and the confidence to say no – with good reasons
- A data-informed mindset: you use product analytics and customer feedback to make decisions
- Enough technical understanding to work as a true partner to engineers
Extra points for:
- Experience from an early-stage or scaling startup, or being the first PM in a team
- Experience building AI-powered or conversational products
- Background in growth, conversion or SMB-focused products
- Finnish language skills, as most of our customers and internal teams are Finnish speaking at the moment
You need to be based in the Helsinki capital region and have a valid work permit for Finland. We don't currently offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
What we offer
- 5000-6000 €/month, depending on your experience
- Helsinki city-centre office, with the option to work remotely as needed and agreed
- Lunch benefit on top of salary, 14 euros/work day through Edenred
- Comprehensive health coverage for work and leisure through IF
- HSL public transport season ticket 24/7
- Our “Culture Day Off” benefit: after your first ten weeks, one paid day off per week, provided that your work tasks and goals are on schedule (not during weeks with a public holiday or other absences)
- The chance to work in a growing Finnish tech company where people help each other and good ideas move forward regardless of title
Does this sound like you? Apply as soon as possible – we'll fill the role as soon as we find the right person!
