Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will join the CSM-Project (onboarding) team based in Milan. You will play a key role in project management, acting as a central point between customer satisfaction operational efficiency and adherence to timelines.

Your main responsibilities include:

Managing strategic projects ranging from 3 to 12 months (planning, resources, communication);

Supporting customers through change management (expert consulting, change management, expectation management, customer education);

Advising on application setup and configuration, with strong expertise in the product suite and internal tools;

Training customers;

Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with clients;

Connecting technical experts with clients (customer data migration, interface implementation);

Applying our agile project management methodology

Communicating with various stakeholders: client teams (business, IT, etc.) and DiliTrust teams (application support, R&D, etc.);

Developing business expertise (corporate law, contract and litigation management, governance body management).

Profile

3 to 5 years of experience in application project management with clients;

You understand the challenges and context of SaaS implementations;

You are able to lead a project team to success;

Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations;

Ability to take a step back and put challenges into perspective before proposing suitable solutions;

Strong analytical skills to quickly identify bottlenecks and solve problems while keeping operational and business issues in mind;

Native Italian speaker and fluent in English;
