Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js) with strong experience in
building scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with
Product, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML teams to design, develop, and deploy modern enterprise
solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and ReactJS.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
- Integrate databases, third-party services, and solutions into applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for design, development, testing, and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OLTP/OLAP concepts.
- Experience with Microservices and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Understanding of scalable backend architectures, performance optimization, and multithreading.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and Agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS
- Experience supporting high-traffic applications.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or Apache.
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion) is a plus.
Education
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120000 - $130000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
