Requirements:

We are currently looking for a Senior Java Back End to join a challenging project, taking a key role in the design and development of scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

Required Competencies:

• Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
• Strong experience in backend software development
• Experience designing, developing, and enhancing robust software components
• Experience developing scalable and high-performance applications
• Ability to analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to contribute to technical decisions and solutions across multiple teams
• Experience supporting and guiding team members through knowledge sharing and technical expertise
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for improving software solutions
• Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
• English – minimum C1
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

• Microservices Architecture
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS)
• Docker
• Kubernetes Architecture

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid Work Model: 3 days per week at the office

Salary Range: €1.500–€1.900 gross/month

Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
