Job Description

Within Accor GPO (Astore), the Strategy & Transformation Office plays a key role in defining GPO strategic priorities, monitoring transversal projects, optimizing core and cross-functional processes, and structuring the governance and tools that support the performance of the Group's ~260 Procurement experts.

Reporting to a Senior Transformation Project Manager within the Procurement Strategy & Transformation Office, you will contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the Procurement operating model.

You will work closely with Procurement leadership teams to support high-impact transformation projects aimed at improving performance, aligning organizations, and addressing structural pain points.

Your mission:

  • Contribute to evolving the Procurement operating model, improving processes, and strengthening organizational alignment across the Group.
  • Support Procurement transformation projects focused on operating model evolution, process improvement, and organizational alignment
  • Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance meetings to ensure alignment and effective decision-making
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations and decision papers for top management
  • Support adoption of new ways of working by collaborating with the change management lead (e.g., communication, training, and rollout activities)
  • Collaborate with Procurement teams (Finance, Legal, Category Management, Digital...) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformation initiatives

Qualifications

And you?

  • Academic background: Master / MBA
  • 2-to-4-year experience in Consulting, Project Management and/or Procurement
  • Experience in complex and international environments
  • Exposure to Procurement processes, operating models or organizational transformation is a plus
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems into pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, structured, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and French
