- Elicit, analyse and document business, customer, operational, data, integration and non-functional requirements for eCommerce initiatives
- Break down epics and features into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and supporting delivery artefacts
- Facilitate discovery workshops, backlog refinement sessions and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making
- Analyse integrations, APIs, data models and system dependencies to assess solution options and delivery impacts
- Work closely with Engineers, QA, UX/UI, Architects and external vendors to validate solutions and support successful delivery outcomes
- Support sprint planning, release readiness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities within the squad
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in technical business analysis, technology delivery or product delivery roles, including hands-on analysis of systems, integrations and data
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, iteration management, delivery lead or agile facilitation responsibilities
- Experience working in eCommerce, digital, web, mobile app, loyalty, retail or customer-facing technology environments is highly desirable

- Strong facilitation skills, including discovery workshops, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Strong technical analysis capability, able to interrogate system integrations, APIs, data flows and data models, query and interpret data to test assumptions, and assess dependencies and operational impacts
- Experience working with engineers, QA, UX/UI, architects, cyber, data teams, vendors, and support teams
- Experience supporting software delivery from concept through release, transition to support and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with collaboration and delivery tools including JIRA and Confluence, plus working knowledge of analytics, API testing and data query tools (e.g. GA4, Postman, SQL)
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Commerce or a related discipline preferred but not essential
- Agile delivery training is highly desirable
