Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 6–10 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in GoLang and Node.js, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance backend systems. Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) / Spec Kit methodologies will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang and Node.js.
  • Spec-Driven Development: Leverage SDD / Spec Kit practices to define, validate, and implement API contracts and service specifications before development begins.
  • Microservices Architecture: Build and optimize distributed microservices with a focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies for seamless delivery.
  • Performance Optimization: Profile, benchmark, and optimize services for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and frontend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, services, and system architecture.
