A. Business/Project Development:
Manage and execute development activities for assigned project(s), from inception to shovel-ready status:
- Consolidate budget requests of workstream owners and prepare the annual project

- Manage internal project development team, making sure that workstreams are aligned with project schedule and budget, all the while ensuring that the team is motivated, effectively and efficiently pursuing project goals.
- Prepare and review various project-related documents, such as, but not limited to:

- Manage and coordinate with contractors and consultants in the preparation of various studies (environmental, technical, financial, etc) needed for the project.
- Establish, manage, and maintain good relations with project partners/proponents, host communities, local government, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project development progress and compliance with Vena Energy standards,

- Update the Anaplan Project Tracker and Devex Tracker.
- Prepare and review Board Papers presented during the meetings of the Board of Directors, as well as accomplish and follow up on tasks and directives they issue.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
B. For Regulatory Affairs:
Lead or assist in managing and executing regulatory activities for assigned project(s):
- Prepare and submit required applications and reports to regulatory agencies making sure that these comply with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and monitor the status of submissions and applications to ensure timely approval.
- Serve as primary regulatory authority contact for assigned project(s), attending meetings, making presentations and communicating regularly with authorities to maintain good relations.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations, policies and standards pertinent to business interests in the Philippines.
- Keeps track of proposed industry rules, laws, standards and other regulations that impact the operations of the company and its allied business units in the Philippines.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or any related course
- At least 5 years in Project Development of Renewable Energy projects
- Detail-orientated, organized, and effective in managing multiple projects
- Able to foster relationships across diverse backgrounds and positions
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
