1. Consolidation & Reporting
- Prepare consolidated financial reporting and analysis across all group entities from various industries.
2. Treasury & Fund Flow Management (Indonesia)
- Manage banking relationships, cash movements, and investment administration on behalf of the holding company, including fund transfers, account administration, transaction documentation, and coordination with banks and other counterparties.
- Ensure all fund flow activity is executed accurately, on time, and with proper controls in place.
3. Payment Process & Cash Management
- Manage the end-to-end internal approval and payment process, routing requests through the appropriate approval layers and executing payments in line with internal controls.
- Prepare monthly cash reporting, including bank statement reconciliation, cash flow projections, and cash buffer planning.
- Support financial injections from the holding company into operating entities or new investments — identifying the funding source and coordinating sign-off with senior leadership for the relevant entity and amount.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related finance role — ideally within a multi-entity, group, or holding company structure.
- Solid technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and tax.
- Working knowledge of (or a strong ability to quickly pick up) financial and tax regulations across Singapore, Indonesia, and South Korea.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly (visual/data presentation skills).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
- A proactive, versatile, and agile mindset — genuinely energized by variety and fast-changing priorities, rather than needing a fixed routine.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working directly with senior leadership, banks, and external counterparties.
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Korean) are a plus depending on entity coverage.
