Citizant is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst for a new term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and drives senior level opportunities for information delivery and business intelligence automation solutions.
- Provides senior technical input on reference data and integration strategies.
- Provides senior level design, programming and implementation of complex information delivery methods such as portals and reports that pull information from multiple data sources and reviews code of less senior staff.
- Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain one or more technologies in WebFOCUS, Tableau and/or other industry standard business intelligence tools.
- Provides time and resource estimates for assigned projects and tasks.
- Completes comprehensive documentation preparation projects.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of technical and analytical experience working on business intelligence projects.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic development and complicated financial processes, systems, transactions and reconciling financial data.
- Five (5) years of experience creating reports using business intelligence tools including: WebFOCUS and/or Tableau.
- Five (5) years of experience in writing and reviewing code including SQL, HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the development of graphs, charts and design skills in the layout of reports, webpages and other methods of information delivery.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience programming in RDBMS databases including SQL Server and Oracle.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with modern software design and development methodologies.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience using testing tools, unit and integration test scripting, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience applying quality and security standards.
- Demonstrated experience dealing professionally and effectively communicating with individuals at all levels orally and in writing.
- Candidates local to the D.C. area are preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Active public trust security clearance (MBI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
