Do you enjoy turning ERP ambitions into clear plans, strong collaboration and successful delivery?

As ERP Project Manager at ECCO, you will drive ERP projects and major enhancements from idea to handover. Acting as the link between business needs and technical delivery, you will create structure, align stakeholders and ensure projects move forward with clarity and momentum. This is an opportunity to make a real impact while continuing to develop your project management capabilities in a global organisation.

You drive ERP projects from planning to handover You will join Digital & IT and work closely with the Senior Project Manager, business owners, ERP specialists, external partners and stakeholders across the organisation. Your role is to create transparency, manage expectations and help project teams succeed, while adapting your approach to the needs of each project.

In practice, you will:

  • Lead ERP projects from scoping and planning through delivery, go-live and handover to operations.
  • Plan and manage scope, budget, timeline and risks, ensuring visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project status, health and recommendations to steering committees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business owners and external consultants to deliver solutions that support business goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and risks proactively and take action to keep projects moving forward.

You combine ERP understanding with strong stakeholder management You enjoy bringing structure to complex environments and building productive relationships across functions and levels. You have gained project management experience in an ERP environment and are motivated by taking ownership, driving progress and continuing to develop your capabilities.

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience in managing ERP projects or major ERP enhancements. This may have been as a dedicated project manager or as part of another role with significant project management responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and a solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different functions and influencing decisions without formal authority.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach that enables you to build trust and create alignment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
