Mō te tūranga | About the Role
We're looking for two experienced Senior Product Managers to join our Credit Cards team and help deliver great customer, commercial and business outcomes.
The Permanent Senior Product Manager will have a strong product and commercial focus, leading product performance, identifying growth opportunities, supporting marketing and customer initiatives, and contributing to key strategic programmes within the card’s portfolio.
The 12-Month Fixed-Term Senior Product Manager will focus on delivering business change and strategic initiatives, partnering across the business to drive projects, operational improvements and successful implementation outcomes.
Across both roles, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Risk, Operations and Delivery teams to help shape the future of our Credit Cards portfolio.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Banking, cards or payments experience is desirable but not essential
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
