This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, reliable reporting, practical operational solutions, system integration support, and effective change management.
Job Responsibilities:
Own governance routines by documenting decision rights, issue escalation paths, process ownership, audit trails, change controls, and recurring review processes for Sales Incentive and Sales Operations data. Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of tools, reports, dashboards, reconciliations, templates, and control files that improve accuracy, transparency, efficiency, and leadership visibility. Own analysis of complex data sets to identify gaps, duplicates, alignment issues, calculation exceptions, data quality concerns, and opportunities for process improvement. Lead analytics and insight development for multiple compensation plans, including plan performance, payout trends, exception patterns, alignment impacts, and executive-level decision support. Lead system selection and implementation support activities by owning requirements documentation, solution-fit evaluation, data and process impact mapping, testing coordination, and validation across integrated systems. Manage the strategic transformation roadmap for Sales Incentive administration, including prioritization of initiatives that simplify, standardize, automate, and eliminate manual processes across the end-to-end incentive lifecycle. Lead enterprise-level initiatives to reduce manual effort through workflow automation, system configuration, integrations, self-service capabilities, and exception-based processing. Lead the design and implementation of a future-state Sales Incentive operating model that minimizes administrative touchpoints while strengthening accuracy, governance, auditability, and user experience. Own executive-ready metrics that measure improvements in cycle time, data quality, automation adoption, exception volume, and reduction of manual administrative effort.
