This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex enterprise technology and cloud implementation initiatives from planning through successful delivery. You will act as a trusted client-facing leader, connecting business stakeholders with technical and delivery teams. The position spans project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health. You will coordinate architects, consultants, developers, integration specialists, QA teams, and globally distributed resources. Strong technical understanding will help you navigate implementation lifecycles and drive effective decisions across multiple workstreams. The role combines strategic project leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery oversight. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and successful enterprise transformations.

Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology, SaaS, ERP, and cloud implementation projects, ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed objectives and commitments.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project health throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary project lead for clients, building trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders and maintaining clear alignment on expectations and priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, developers, integration specialists, QA professionals, and offshore or globally distributed resources.
- Facilitate project status meetings, executive updates, steering committees, governance activities, and other key delivery forums.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, resource constraints, dependencies, and project roadblocks before they impact delivery.
- Manage scope changes and ensure that project commitments, timelines, resources, and client expectations remain aligned.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, delivery performance, and overall project health, taking corrective action when required.
- Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to clients, project teams, executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, accountability, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably within enterprise technology, consulting, or implementation environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP, SaaS, cloud, or large-scale enterprise application implementations.
- Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and globally distributed teams across multiple technical and business disciplines.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, parallel workstreams, risks, dependencies, and demanding deadlines.
- Experience managing project budgets, resource plans, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or a similar project management certification is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within an Oracle Cloud consulting or implementation environment is preferred, particularly exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, integrations, or broader enterprise transformation programs.
