About the Role

The Business Analyst (BA) participates in all phases of analysis involving medium complexity business requirements for medium to large software solutions involving cross-functional clients. The BA analyzes business needs and documents business processes; facilitates the development of recommendations to streamline processes; and develops functional specifications for software implementation, development, and integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration and 2 years of related experience in areas such as business analysis, working with enterprise level applications in a large, complex, technically focused environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.  

  • Good knowledge of requirements elicitation, quality assurance, and change management best practices.
  • Good knowledge of facilitating business process re-engineering and improvement.
  • Good knowledge of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
