  • Respond to the functional and technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
  • Represent Everbridge at company events, industry trade shows, and customer webinars.
  • Feed customer insights and industry trends into the product request for enhancement process.
  • Support the delivery of Professional Services for a targeted number of billable days per quarter, as defined in the annual compensation plan.

Required skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written Italian is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years’ experience in enterprise software sales and services in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
  • A consultative approach and the ability to translate customer needs into compelling, solution-based demonstrations.
  • Strong discovery, questioning, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Confidence engaging and evangelizing solutions with C-level audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of internet-hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.

  • Experience with solution-based and consultative/value-based selling techniques.
  • The adaptability to tailor technical presentations and discussions to different audiences and customer challenges.
  • The ability to prepare and deliver detailed product and technical presentations at short notice, with professionalism and confidence.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing sales-support and Professional Services priorities.
  • A creative, solutions-oriented approach to removing sales obstacles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web-based applications.
