About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead PHP Developer with strong Laravel expertise to lead development, maintain our web platforms, and take technical ownership within a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in PHP development and practical experience building and maintaining applications using Laravel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP, primarily with Laravel.
  • Maintain and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Lead technical implementation and make sound development decisions.
  • Review code, maintain coding standards, and guide team members.
  • Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional PHP development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Laravel framework.
  • WordPress development experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs, and Git.
  • Ability to take ownership, solve complex problems, and provide technical guidance.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work full-time during CET hours.
