Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Steuerung der KI-Aktivitäten bei heroal
  • Ownership für heroal KI Hub
  • Use-Case-Management und Koordination interner und externer Beteiligter
  • Aufbau der KI-PowerUser-Gruppe als Multiplikator und "Brückenbauer"
  • Koordination und Steuerung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Sicherheitsverantwortlichen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Cybersecurity Awareness-Maßnahmen und -Schulungen
  • Durchführen des IT-Controllings in enger Zusammenarbeiten mit der IT-Leitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Gute technische Kenntnisse Netzwerke, Server, Berechtigungen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für und gute Kenntnisse in KI, Fortbildung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Koordination von Aktivitäten
  • Stark strukturierte, ergebnis- und zugleich prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
