Job Description: Senior Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst

The Senior Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst supports Fluke's global product regulatory compliance operating model by leading the monitoring of regulatory compliance developments, assessing product impacts, coordinating cross-functional compliance work, and maintaining audit-ready compliance documentation. The role helps move compliance activities upstream to strengthen Fluke’s ability to identify, scope and action upcoming global regulatory changes proactively to avoid unplanned shipment and revenue impacts and help drive improvements to the global compliance roadmap process and systems. This role partners with Product Safety and Product Environmental Compliance, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and external certification bodies to translate regulatory and standards-based requirements into practical business actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Regulatory Roadmap process by monitoring emerging and changing global product regulations and standards that may affect Fluke products incl. packaging, batteries, product safety, software-enabled products, hazardous-location products, environmental reporting obligations, and market-access requirements, amongst others.
  • Perform applicability and impact assessments, translating regulatory requirements into business actions, due dates, required evidence, risks, owners, and escalation items.
  • Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, evidence trackers, regulatory due-date summaries, revenue-impact inputs, and leadership status updates.
  • Coordinate activities with Design Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Product Safety and Environmental Compliance, and third-party certification bodies.
  • Lead and support compliance projects for requirements such as EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS, EUDR, product safety certification, and related global product requirements.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement efforts incl. current-state and future-state process mapping, standard work, RACI models, standard work, KPI dashboards, visual management tools, and other improvements to the integrated compliance operating model.
  • Play a key role in developing Fluke’s usage and integration of systems and data bases to support regulatory compliance monitoring and early detection, assessment, processing, tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, regulatory affairs, environmental science, quality, supply chain, or a related technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting product compliance, regulatory affairs, certification, environmental compliance, supplier evidence collection, or technical program/project management.
  • Proven ability to interpret regulatory or standards-based requirements and convert them into practical project tasks, evidence requirements, risk summaries, and stakeholder actions.
  • Strong written communication skills, including concise compliance summaries, status updates, declarations, audit documentation, and customer-facing responses.
  • Strong Excel, data organization, dashboarding, project tracking, and documentation-management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority across technical, operational, business, and legal functions.
  • Preferred experience with global product regulations such as EU Battery Regulation, RoHS, REACH/PFAS, PPWR, EPR, BIS, product safety certification, hazardous-location certification, or similar market-access requirements.
  • Preferred familiarity with PLM, ERP, supplier compliance platforms, certification body portals, document-control systems, RACI development, Lean/Kaizen, corrective action processes, or audit preparation.
