Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 21 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated product manager to join the Global Seller Supply Chain central PMO team, focusing on developing and executing inbound logistics product solutions for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) — Amazon's end-to-end fulfillment service that stores, picks, packs, and ships products on behalf of sellers. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with global product and marketplace teams to build logistics solutions that improve business outcomes and seller experience, while driving high-impact programs that continuously enhance sellers' growth and profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate with data-driven insights, influence cross-functional and global partners, and shape decisions at the senior leadership level in an exciting and fast-paced business. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, intellectually curious with a passion for continuous learning and exploring new possibilities, has a track record of delivering results and partnering cross-functionally, excels at performing deep-dive analyses to uncover seller behavior patterns, identifies key pain points and needs from the seller perspective, and possesses best-in-class oral and written communication skills.
Key job responsibilities - Research and dive deep into assigned seller experience segments to become the domain expert, define the ideal seller experience, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Based on research insights, develop new products, features, or programmatic services that improve seller experience and accelerate business growth; define go-to-market strategies and drive successful product launches and adoption. - Clearly define and communicate product requirements, secure alignment and support from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Establish strong relationships and build trust with local and global stakeholders to advance product and feature proposals from concept to execution. - Lead key planning cycles and reporting cadences for your assigned domain, including regular readouts up to VP level and contributions to SVP-level business reviews.
About the team We are Amazon Global Selling (AGS) PMO team. We collaborate with AGS business teams to identify key Seller needs and partner with global product teams to develop tools and solutions to improve Seller experience and sustainable growth.
Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience in quantitative and qualitative research - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in e-commerce / retail / supply chain / financial services business - Experience owning global logistic products
