Job Description

DFW Credit Union | Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing

• Play a key role in the conversion from Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone
• Support requirements gathering, system configuration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Participate in mock conversions, testing, and UAT
• Assist with interface and third party integration testing
• Troubleshoot conversion issues and help drive resolution
• Support cutover planning, go live, and post conversion stabilization
• Assist with Corelation Keystone administration following implementation
• Maintain workflows, forms, user access, reports, scheduled processes, and system documentation
• Monitor system interfaces, file transmissions, and integrations
• Create and support reports, queries, data extracts, and business requests
• Work closely with internal departments to understand needs and translate them into system solutions
• Coordinate with technology vendors on upgrades, releases, integrations, and issue resolution

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bank or credit union technology experience is required
• Credit union experience is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting or administering a core banking platform
• Fiserv XP2 experience is strongly preferred
• Corelation Keystone experience is highly preferred
• Previous participation in a core conversion, major implementation, or significant platform upgrade
• Experience with system testing, UAT, data mapping, reconciliation, or configuration
• SQL, reporting, query, or data analysis experience is highly desirable
• Understanding of banking system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and file transfers
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams

We are especially interested in candidates who have participated in an XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion or have administered either platform.  Candidates with strong experience in other major bank or credit union cores are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

Compensation:  $90-95K and a lucrative, comprehensive benefits package are offered.
