abra professional services is seeking a Project Manager!

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the Information Systems department. The role includes full responsibility for the implementation and integration of new developments and changes within the company's core production system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects and changes to existing systems, including integration with related and interfacing systems.
  • Work closely with software vendors and external service providers.
  • Collaborate with business users throughout the process, including requirements gathering, system analysis and specification, testing, and implementation.
  • Maintain systems following production deployment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in collaboration with business users and software vendors.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure/System and Information Security teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects within the insurance industry – mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes within the insurance domain.
  • Proven experience working with software vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related field – an advantage.
  • Strong systems thinking and creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
