We are seeking an Oracle Solution Delivery Manager to lead functional architecture and support across Oracle EBS R12,Oracle 11i Upgrade and Fusion Cloud, covering Finance, Supply Chain, O2C, P2P, and Project Accounting. The role combines people leadership, solution architecture, hands-on Oracle expertise, and operational ownership across KTLO, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Oracle functional resources, establishing clear ownership and providing technical direction.
- Own the end-to-end Oracle solution architecture across O2C, P2P, Financials, and Project Accounting.
- Design and validate functional solutions, configuration, integrations, and data flows, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and serve as the senior escalation point to ensure system stability.
- Lead Oracle R12 modernization and Fusion Cloud transformation initiatives, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement, focusing on automation and reducing unnecessary customizations.
- Define and execute migration strategies, functional designs, testing approaches, cutover plans, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Coordinate internal resources, offshore teams, and third-party vendors to build internal capabilities and reduce dependency.

YOU HAVE:
- Ideally 12+ years of Oracle experience, with significant hands-on Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud expertise.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle implementations, upgrades, and production support (KTLO).
- Strong functional expertise across O2C, P2P, Financials, and Project Accounting modules.
- Ability to navigate between business process analysis, functional design, configuration, and solution architecture.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring Oracle resources.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
