Python Developer

Overview:

A technology company specialized in custom software development and digital transformation for both national and international contexts is seeking a Python Developer to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your code.

What will you do?

• Build Software & APIs: Develop software services and APIs using Python frameworks, ideally FastAPI, to create reliable and efficient data processing and deployment experiences.
• Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure from a software engineering perspective, including core networking components such as WAF and CDN.
• Deploy & Orchestrate: Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and deploy scalable services using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.
• Build & Maintain Data Pipelines: Implement end-to-end data solutions, ensuring reliable data flows across both real-time architectures (Kafka/Kinesis) and batch processing.
• Bridges Data & Software Engineering: Has strong expertise in software design and architectural principles, applying a software engineering mindset to solve complex infrastructure and data modelling challenges. Able to define technical direction and communicate complex architectures clearly to different stakeholders.
• Drives Python Excellence: Has advanced Python expertise and experience with its ecosystem, promoting best practices across teams, including code versioning, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting high-throughput applications.
• Elevates Quality & Testing: Has strong knowledge of modern testing methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and quality assurance strategies, helping establish and drive engineering best practices.
• Integrates Security, Performance & Observability: Embeds security throughout the software development lifecycle and optimizes applications and data pipelines for performance, resource efficiency, and operational visibility.
• Values Collaboration & CI/CD: Has experience with CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines, while continuously improving infrastructure and engineering processes.
• Ensures Operational Resilience: Has experience supporting, monitoring, and operating critical production systems, including troubleshooting complex incidents and leading post-mortem analysis.
• Drives Agile Delivery & Communication: Works effectively within Agile environments, promotes continuous improvement, and communicates complex technical concepts clearly to technical and executive stakeholders in English.

What are we looking for?

• Cloud & Networking: Deep experience (at least 7 years) with Azure and cloud infrastructure (Networking, WAF, CDN).
• IaC & Containers: Proficient with (at least 7 years) in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform , with hands-on experience in AKS / Kubernetes and Docker.
• Programming & APIs: (at least 10 years of experience) Strong Python development skills, with deep expertise in organizing projects and building web services using FastAPI.
• AI knowldge: Experience building AI-enabled applications, particularly in recommendation or conversational systems and evaluation frameworks for LLM or AI systems. Clear understanding of how AI systems differ from traditional deterministic systems.
• Fluent in English.
