Join our Business Development & M&A team as a Strategy & Business Development Analyst and help shape the future growth of CERATIZIT Group.
By translating market, customer and competitive insights into business opportunities and strategic recommendations, you will support growth initiatives, strategic projects and M&A activities across the Group.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and assess strategic growth opportunities across markets, applications, customer segments and geographies
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support divisional and Group growth initiatives
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, market entry options and adjacent markets, including the assessment of their strategic and financial attractiveness
- Support M&A activities through target screening, strategic fit assessments, due diligence support and preparation of management decision materials
- Prepare management presentations and decision-making materials by translating market, competitive and business insights into actionable recommendations
Your Profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting or a similar strategic role within an industrial B2B environment
- You possess strong strategic thinking and analytical skills and are able to translate complex business information into pragmatic recommendations
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools is considered an advantage
- You are fluent in English; German and/or French are considered an asset
- You are proactive, structured, capable of working independently and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- You are willing to travel internationally
