Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate combines deep Java/Spring Boot backend expertise with strong front-end skills in Node.js/TypeScript. This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable, high-performance applications on a microservices architecture, with strong database, CI/CD, and communication skills essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build microservices that ensure high availability, resilience, and performance.
  • Develop responsive, maintainable user interfaces using Node.js/TypeScript.
  • Integrate multiple API services across diverse databases.
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and operational support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion technical excellence.
  • Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
  • Maintain clear documentation for developed components and processes.

 

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

  • Strong proficiency in Java and mandatory experience with Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
  • Experience building API services across multiple databases, including MongoDB and OraaS.
  • Front-end development with Node.js/TypeScript.
  • Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools and practices.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and effective both independently and within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with AI coding tools such as Devin or Copilot.
