We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin and grow their career in graphic design while gaining hands-on experience working on consumer products, packaging, branding, and other creative projects.
The Junior Graphic Designer will work alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams to create and update visual materials for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate has a good foundation in design, is comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, and is eager to learn and develop new skills.
Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and development of graphic design projects.
- Create and update packaging, product graphics, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
- Make design, layout, text, and image revisions to existing artwork.
- Adapt approved designs for different products, sizes, and formats.
- Assist with new packaging concepts.
- Create layouts, icons, graphics, and other supporting design elements.
- Prepare mockups and presentation graphics for internal review.
- Perform basic image editing, retouching, clipping, and color correction.
- Review work for accuracy, consistency, spelling, alignment, and overall appearance.
- Follow established brand guidelines and design standards.
- Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from senior team members.
- Work on multiple projects while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Collaborate with other members of the creative and product development teams.
- Learn packaging, printing, and production processes as part of the role.
- Assist the Creative Department with additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow creative direction and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with guidance.
- Willingness to learn new skills, software, and processes.
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills, whether through professional, freelance, internship, personal, or school projects.

Experience
Previous professional packaging experience is not required.
