Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with strong expertise in Pressure Vessel Design, ASME Codes, U-Stamp, Thermal Engineering, and Process Equipment Design. The candidate will lead the design team and manage complete engineering activities from calculations and design to production implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Mechanical Design & Engineering team.
* Design and review Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Thermal Equipment and Process Skids.
* Perform and review pressure vessel design calculations as per ASME Section VIII.
* Handle ASME U-Stamp / U2A requirements and pressure vessel certification.
* Use PV Elite for pressure vessel design, analysis and calculations.
* Perform/review thermal calculations, equipment sizing and thermal system design.
* Use ASPEN Tech / Aspen Engineering for process and thermal calculations/simulation.
* Prepare/review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation.
* Ensure compliance with ASME, API, TEMA and applicable international standards.
* Coordinate with **Production, Quality, Projects, R&D and Customers.
* Drive design optimization, new product development and continuous improvement.
