We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Senior Product Manager on our Marketing & Member Experience team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

This role is responsible for the AMC and Join/Renew product roadmap and translating organizational goals and user needs into clear product priorities and phased release plans. This role defines MVPs, coordinates shared functionality, details requirements and workflows and ensures consistent experiences across related account and membership products. This role provides the business framing and planning needed to enable high-quality delivery and utilized analytics to evaluate feature impact and performance. The role requires cross-team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed decision-making to ensure the product meets stakeholder expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Roadmap and Planning - (55%) - Own the AMC and Join/Renew product roadmap and initiative prioritization based on business strategy. - Translate organizational goals and user needs into defined product priorities and phased release plans. - Define MVPs and ensure consistent framing of business requirements for initiative-level planning. - Coordinate opportunities for shared functionality and experience consistency across AMC, Join/Renew, and related account and membership experiences. - Lead AMC and Join/Renew roadmap reviews and guide investment framing with business leaders. - Leverage analytics tools to evaluate feature impact, product usage trends, and roadmap performance. - Provide AMC and Join/Renew performance context in strategic planning and product team reviews. - Support other product roadmaps based on business needs.

Discovery, Business Requirements & Execution - (25%) - Lead early-stage discovery and clarify high-level business needs and define opportunity statements. - Develop discovery briefs and actionable requirements and collaborate with the Product Operations and Delivery teams to operationalize execution. - Separate business framing from technical solutioning; partner with IT, Business Analysts, and Product Ops for execution scoping. - Responsible for documenting and developing process flows.

Internal Collaboration - (20%) - Align AMC and Join/Renew roadmap priorities with input from IT, UX, membership, marketing, and business unit leads. - Facilitate collaborative planning sessions to surface tradeoffs, risks, and sequencing decisions. - Maintain transparency into strategic initiative status, timelines, and decision points. - Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve priority conflicts to maintain alignment across functions.

May include other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. - Minimum 7+ years in digital product management or enterprise platform planning. - Demonstrated experience owning roadmaps for digital products with executive visibility. - Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional planning across business, IT, and UX teams. - Strong experience framing MVPs, writing business requirements, and shaping initiative-level investments. - Proven experience conducting and improving UAT and QA processes. - Proven experience mapping and documenting process flows. - Experience presenting product strategy, progress, and impact to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities. - Adept at balancing long-term vision with operational constraints and cross-team dependencies. Demonstrated ability to translate discovery findings into actionable requirements for delivery teams. - Strong understanding of account management, membership, ecommerce, checkout, or enterprise digital infrastructure and how they support product growth. - Skilled in interpreting product metrics and using data to shape decisions and adjust priorities. - Able to lead through influence and serve as an advisor across functions without direct authority.

Additional Technical Skills: - Product planning tools: Experience using Asana, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. - Analytics & reporting: Proficient in Google Analytics and Power BI for strategic insights. - Business requirement documentation: Skilled in writing non-technical discovery briefs, MVP outlines, and problem framing documents.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $119,074- $157,855. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
