About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and optimize operational frameworks across the organization. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of operations, finance, and company-wide strategy and own diverse operational domains. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with financial acumen, excellent numerical intuition and with ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholders with grace and agility. Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management & Vendor Negotiations: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, department heads, and external partners, serving as a trusted, approachable, and solution-oriented operational focal point.
  • Cross-Functional Project Ownership & Operations: Lead and execute varied operational projects across the global organization, such corporate travel management, facility ops, supplier programs, and cost-optimization initiatives and day-to-day operations to ensure timely execution.
  • Vendor & Procurement Management: Source suppliers, evaluate product/service offerings, negotiate commercial terms and pricing, and present structured executive summaries for decision-making.
  • Policy Engineering & Process Design: Proactively collect organizational requirements, draft comprehensive company policies, and define end-to-end operational workflows.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Develop training materials and lead company-wide onboarding/training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and policies.
  • Financial Analysis & Budget Ownership: Dive deep into Excel models, analyze operational costs, monitor expenditure, and identify financial efficiencies across all managed domains.
  • Events Management & Financial Planning: Take part in the operational execution and financial budgeting for corporate events and gatherings, managing vendor logistics, pricing, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative/business field is a strong advantage
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Operations Project Management, Operations, or a cross-functional program management role (preferably within the startup ecosystem).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial tracking.
  • Policy & Process Creation: Proven track record of gathering organizational needs, authoring operational policies, and leading rollouts/training.
  • Negotiation & Vendor Experience: Direct experience managing vendors, evaluating service proposals, and conducting commercial negotiations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Sharp problem-solving capabilities, and a personable, collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
  • AI Tooling & Optimization: Demonstrated ability to utilize modern AI platforms to accelerate project delivery, and perform rapid data synthesis.
  • Full professional in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
  • High adaptability and a "get things done" mindset- comfortable wearing multiple hats and navigating ambiguous environments.
  • Prior experience managing corporate travel or procurement budgets- Advantage.
